agosto display is an otf script font. The letters were first written in analog fashion using a nib, then developed and refined in type design software. The font gets its unique character from its reversed contrast — powerful in the horizontals and delicate in the verticals. In the course of the project, an entire set of Latin characters (with accented characters used in most European languages), numeral and special characters has been created. In addition, Agosto offers a couple of ligatures as well as numerous contextual alternatives, which allows to play with the letters in two ways: they can either be connected or written separately. In total, the font contains 288 glyphs.
